Miriam, Office ManagerJob Description:It is my job to schedule installations and trouble-shooting calls, manage billing and collections, insure customer service meets our highest standards and handle payroll and human resources. I like to think of myself as the glue that holds the company together. What do you like best about your business and/or your job?This industry is still new to me. Every day I learn something useful and interesting. I enjoy the atmosphere here, how the day flies by and my team of guys. Together we make great things happen for our clients. What have you learned “on the job” that you could not have learned without this experience?I’ve learned that no matter how much thought and planning is put into scheduling a job, when our technicians get there it’s probably not going to happen exactly as planned. We are all very good at coming up with a plan B that solves the problem as good or better than the original plan. I’ve also learned that our clients appreciate us – and getting a “big thanks” feels great! What do you do when you’re not working?I enjoy spending time with family and friends and working out.
